The place is run down with off smell throughout the hotel and room. The bed was very worn down and needs updating. Toilet bathroom was clean. The rooms are advertised as air conditioned but they do not have air conditioner, it’s not even air cooler so please don’t fall for it. Staff were really nice and the location isn’t bad for city access.

The room does the job, clean and functional. Nothing too fancy. However, the cooling system was not working properly this time round so ended up waking up at 5am sweating buckets. Had it turned down to the minimum setting and full blast but it was just full blasting heat instead. Very frustrating.

Fantastic place to rest and relax. Staff are lovely and get a good rest from personal situations stresses of life. Really nice to be looked after by staff so helpful and kind. Hotel facilities are excellent high standards and very clean. Appreciate the help especially when have disabilities so even the trolleys are really helpful and Apple charging facilities. Easy check in , helpful staff , 10 mins walk from train station ,little further if your here for the arena 15/20 mins walk, 12 noon checkout is good if you don't wish to get up to early ,food excellent ,would stay here again

Stayed over for a night out, good location and walkable from the city centre. The hotel was clean enough and staff were friendly. The room was nice enough for the price and the beds were surprisingly comfy. You could hear some noise outside of people going past in the early hours, but that’s to be expected when staying near the centre. My only issue was the lifts - they absolutely stink for no apparent reason!

basic rooms as expected but the smell in corridors and lift areas unbearable! smelt like something had died! was just a place to sleep but stayed out as long as possible to avoid having to deal with the smell!

Best shower I've had in a hotel
There was a very strong smell of sewage in the lift area, no idea why as we were not on the ground floor.
Bed was very comfortable, room clean. Lovely, very hot, powerful shower. Decor a bit tired but it was fine for our purpose. A good night's sleep and a proper shower is perfect for 1 night

Service was great, breakfast was great, room was completely fine.
Lifts smelled of terrible farts. Dig out the ppe and check those drains. There’s something up with them.

Leeds weekend
It was nice and clean, the shower pid was excellent, bed wasnt too bad. The staff were very good. Decent choice of breakfast items and the bar had something for everyone. I'd stay again, and would tell others that its great for getting washed, changed and having a sleep. A little out of town, but a taxi was less than £6. Decent if you're on a budget.
