Living room with 1 double bed or 2 singles on request, dining corner, fan, LCD-TV (no Sat), DVD and Radio / CD; Netflix, separate and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishes, etc.), bathroom with shower and washing/dry machine, fly nets, WiFi, and sunny balcony. On the 1st floor of a typical renovated house of four units (owners on the 2nd floor). Free parking around the house or large public parking at 150 m. Bus stop at 50 m: 10 min. for Riva del Garda, 10 min. for lake Ledro; We have room for 1-2 bikes in the hallway or on balcony. The cycle path (dirt) for Lake Ledro is 300 m away, the famous panoramic road "Ponale" (bikes and pedestrians) to Riva del Garda is 1 km away. From Biacesa starts very popular paths and climbings like Rocchetta, Cima Capi and 1st war tunnels. Biacesa is a small village of 200 inhabitants located 410 m.a.s. in the middle of the mountains on the road between Riva del Garda (65 m. above sea level) and Lake Ledro (655 m. above sea level). In the village there is a good typical restaurant, a nice bar, a small sports area and a trout culture. A small supermarket is located in the next village at 2 km. Lake Ledro invites to its beaches, you can rent bikes, e-bikes, pedal boats, small sailing or rowing boats, canoes, SUP, windsurfing, wakebord, nearby canyoning, paragliding, climbing courses; there are 200 km of paths, excellent restaurants with typical products and a famous museum of palaffite. Alternatively, Riva del Garda is offered for shopping or for an aperitif on the animated lakefront. Gladly we give you advice on cultural excursions, events, local companies (wine, oil), boat trips and more. Upon request we provide bed linen and / or towels (€ 5.- per change / person). Man ist mit PKW in wenigen Minuten am Ledrosee oder in Riva. Wunderschöne Wander- und Mountainbiketourenmöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn ist es auch nicht weit, falls man mal ein weiter entferntes Tourenziel auswählt. Die Vermieterin kennt sich in der Region bestens aus und gibt auf Wunsch gerne Tipps für Freizeitaktivtäten und Besichtigungen. Nous louons régulièrement des appartements ou des maisons pour nos vacances et l'accueil que nous a réservé Mme Neumueller était des plus agréables. Tout a été mis en place pour nous faire plaisir, petites touches et attentions personnelles qui font de cette location un petit nid de vacances d'une rare qualité ! A voir, à faire absolument : le lac de Ledro surtout le soir au coucher du soleil, la ballade depuis le village au lac de Ledro en empruntant le sentier piétonnier longeant le ruisseau, pour les randonneurs, au départ du village, le Mont Cima et bien-sûr, le Lac de Teno, et le romantisme de tous les villages autour du lac de Garde.
