Casa Silvia is in the heart of the historic center, near Porta Napoli, the Basilica of Santa Croce, Piazza S. Oronzo, in a small silent square but adjacent to the streets chosen by the Lecce nightlife. At Casa Silvia you will feel at home, you will appreciate the light, the comfort of the bed, the living room with the kitchen equipped with all comforts, the panoramic terrace on the roofs of the historic center. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families with children. Casa Silvia has an independent entrance, a fine wrought iron window leads to a double and bright living area with a large sofa, bookcase and TV. The open kitchen is equipped with every accessory, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a nice counter with stools. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and an en suite bathroom, the other with a comfortable double sofa bed, bookcase, desk and adjacent bathroom. The apartment has star vaults and high walls in perfect Salentino style, it is lofted in wood and wrought iron for its entire extension, it is complete with free WI-FI, HD TV, hairdryer, set of towels and sheets.

Perfect location. Near center but still quiet. Kitchen and laundry machine useful. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, car rental, tourist office all close by.

The very best apartment in Lecce

Casa Silvia simply was a fantastic place where to live for 6 days in Lecce Charming and well equipped, the apt is located in a wonderful little square in the centro storico full of oleander trees. The apt is roomy and comfortable, flooded will light and paved with old pugliese tiles. The owners and Katia couldn’t have been more solicitous and kind. The location, again, is to die for. I’d go back there to spend a month asap. What a wonderful stay!

Lovely apartment in the centre old town

Danilo was really helpful getting us set up, this is a really ideal spot to stay in Lecce old town. It’s close to the main attractions of beautiful Lecce, near Porta Napoli, you can find Food and shopping easily just 20 meters from your front door. But it is also a quiet spot so you dont feel overwhelmed by busy times in the old town. Beware though do not drive into the old town as it has video monitored traffic control so park in one of the safe car parks outside Porta Napoli. We loved it!
