Situated centrally in the scenic Beaver Valley area of Plain you will find this classically designed farmhouse nestled amongst the pines and snowcapped mountains. A flat, grassy yard offers plenty of room to roam and play under blue skies or barbeque your meals on the back decks. After a day of hiking the Cascades or exploring all downtown Leavenworth has to offer, this is the perfect place to make your home base. The main floor offers an open concept great room with cathedral ceilings and lodge pole accents with comfortable seating for six. A smart TV in the living area comes equipped with streaming, WIFI and a DVD player which offers all the expected comforts. Just off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. Memorable family meals will be a breeze to prepare here. A dining table with seating for 6 is located is off the kitchen with French doors leading to the spacious back deck for options of eating in or out. The main floor bedroom features a queen bedroom with lots of natural light. Down the hall you will find a full bathroom with double sinks and bathtub/shower combination. A full laundry room equipped with washer and dryer is provided for all your linen needs. The setting is serene and just the right distance from both Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee — close enough for adventures, yet tucked away enough to fully relax and enjoy nature.Our group included three generations — myself, my son and daughter-in-law, their sweet 3-month-old baby, my niece, and the family dog — and this space truly had something for everyone. We made wonderful memories here: quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, afternoon walks, and cozy evenings together. The house is not only well-equipped and clean, but filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and memorable.Thank you for creating such a welcoming space for families to reconnect and recharge. We lived in Germany for 5 years and she had always said since she can’t go back, maybe we can go see Leavenworth. Easy access to Stevens Pass resort and nordic center. Awesome new restaurant called Wildflour right by Lake Wanatchee less than 10 min from the house. We went there for brunch and dinner! We enjoyed XC skiing and snowshoeing at the lake less than 10 min from the house. Also, really convenient access to Leavenworth. Great hosts and great communication.
