The room was really nice and the breakfast was delicious. There was an issue with the heater and it was fixed right away. Perfect location. Arrived after dark to Leavenworth shortly after the whole town lost power with many roads impassable. We were thankful to have a place to stay even without power. In the morning staff gave us the option of staying or leaving with no charge for the room, some food and assistance finding open roads. Great customer service. Hope to be back.
