I loved that this property was right on Front street. Easy walking for shopping and dining. The room was spacious and we had a private balcony with an amazing view!

Was supposed to be a getaway to unwind…construction at the property right under my room ensured early morning wake-up. The Internet has a high latency, OK for browsing but a sloppy experience for streaming media.

A beautiful new photography gallery just moved in below the hotel, and unfortunately your stay coincided with their last remodeling days. Their work is now complete, but please accept our apologies that it inconvenienced your stay.We also just changed our internet provider and upgraded our system, so there shouldn't be any further issues with the wifi.

Quaint. Old fashioned charm. AC a bit noisy. Bed adequate. No morning coffee or continental breakfast. Off season prices were the best part.

The location and view of the mountains from the patio were fantastic. The room was tiny and looked out onto the side of another building. However, we were just sleeping there one night so it wasn’t too bad for us. Check in and check out were a breeze.

We offer multiple room types, and all of these are larger and have great views of Front Street or the Mountains. We hope you have the chance to come back and try out one of our other room types.

We're sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay. We are a small boutique hotel, and we do close our front desk if everyone has checked in or indicated that they will be arriving late. For late arrivals we do offer late check-ins and provide all necessary instructions in advance. We also offer 24-hour phone support in case there are any issues.We also do provide coffee and coffee makers in the guest rooms. In addition we leave an extra supply of coffee packs in the common area just in case our guests need more. Please accept our apologies if you did not find either of these.

Order place but very cute. Our room was very nice and cutely decorated. Everything was cleaned except for a couple of stains on the top cover and the shower curtain liner had mold on it.

Not super quiet, but that was due to other guests making a ton of noise outside of our room. Someone else had their tv on all night long, also not the fault of the hotel. People should know, there is no onsite staff after a certain time so check in and be prepared for that. Room was awesome and location couldn’t be beat!

The staff who work here are amazing and very helpful. Other pros: great location, great parking, building has character. Cons: very steep staircase is the only way to to rooms, noisy construction downstairs, noisy mini fridge kept us up at night, no ice available for guests without asking for it to be refilled, old stained bathtub, very tiny rooms, uncomfortable mattresses. It's a great location, but would we stay here again? Definitely no.

The only down side was the smell which is because its an older hotel but it goes away after you are in the room. Oh and stairs. The plus is our room was huge. Hot tub and also jacuzzi and shower was awesome. Never experienced multiple jets. Highly recommend.

It was not easy to get the key to our room. Staff forgot the leave the key in the folder as he/she is supposed to and nobody answered call to their phone around 6pm for emergency assistance. Had to get Expedia customer service involved in order to get someone from the hotel to respond and provide us with the key. Terrible experience.

We stayed in the jacuzzi king room and it was massive!! We had our own little balcony with the most amazing view, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were wonderful, and it was clean very clean. 10/10 will stay there again! Plus, you’re guaranteed parking for your whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay but for the price of we kinda excited more amenities. We didn’t enjoy the jacuzzi tub but found out many other hotels in the area had one as well as more amenities such as an indoor pool and hot tub or a restaurant in the hotel. Will definitely stay at a different hotel next time.

This hotel is in a great location with parking being easy and convenient. You are at the beginning of front street so you dont miss a thing when walking from one end to another. Only thing we wish was the bed was softer. Way to firm where we didn't get any good rest.
