Inside, an expansive open-plan living area welcomes guests with a cosy open fire and ample seating, including a twelve-seater dining table for shared meals and memorable gatherings. Three TVs cater to diverse entertainment preferences, while two large bathrooms and an additional seperate toilet provide convenience and comfort.  
  
Outdoors, a large patio offers sweeping views of Effingham Golf Club’s 4th hole and nearby forests, creating a perfect backdrop for al fresco dining or simply relaxing with a morning coffee.
