Whether it's training for a high altitude race or enjoying the history and charm of this town, you'll love r staying in a tiny house on wheels. House has a FULL Kitchen with a Full Size Range and Refrigerator. Comfortably sleeps 4- two lofts, one with a Queen and one with a Full. Bathroom with large walk in shower and gorgeous tile. Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM. The Space: Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee. Guest Access: Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time. The Neighborhood: Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike. Getting Around: You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Leadville has lots to offer. A car is helpful to get to most hiking trails. Or you can bring your mountain bike and take a ride on the mineral belt trail. Other Things to Note: Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other. House has limited electricity - please do not run a hairdryer and the microwave or it may trip the breaker in your tiny house. However, there has been a remodel at some point so the living room looks a bit different than the photos. So if you were counting on the black storage unit shown in the photos, it's no longer there. The full-sized refrigerator was not in working order, so don't count on that either. There was a "dorm room sized" fridge placed in the only closet area now available to hang up coats/clothes. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from the property manager, as the questions I asked at time of booking were never answered, and there was no mention of the above surprises. The unit was warm enough through the night, which I was concerned about at the time of year I visited, but I planned ahead and brought a sleeping bag. I'm glad I did because the only bedding provided was more suited for summertime. Despite the negative reviews, the unit did seem clean. ##### Stacy N. The property was a clever idea, but for a tiny house the spaces were not utilized to the maximum. The bathroom tile was very moldy and there were dead flies and dust on the widow sills. There was no soap or shampoo, the utensils for cooking in the kitchen were like stirring with a rubber spoon and the cutlery was scarce. The coverings on the windows allowed all light from town to filter in to the sleeping spaces. Our family of 4 had a fun time. Though the TV didn't work (no internet connection), we made the most of it--enough room for 4 people, good size kitchen for our meals and easy access to Ski Cooper. The hot water ran out the first day (tankless water heater kept hot water on (whether you wanted hot or cold water) the 1st 1 1/2 days then no hot water the 3rd day) so we were glad it was a short stay. Leadville is a wonderful little town, very nice people and delicious food. The Tiny House Molly is awesome - actually had a lot more space than what I expected. The kitchen was a good size and the overall layout was well thought out. Séjour de 2 nuits en mars 2020 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Allison S. 28 févr. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Enjoyable but chinsey I would like to start off saying that we enjoyed our weekend stay in this tiny home! However, there are things that were disappointing (in no particular order): 1\. The pictures do not accurately represent the property. The interior is different than displayed in photos. 2\. Everything in the property is cheap and looks like it's about to break. (except fridge and oven of course) 3\. There is only one parking spot. 4\. The houses are parked on top of each other and do not provide a private feeling. 5\. It is located right next to a bar (noisy) and does not include blinds on all windows. 6\. While there is a fancy oven, there are no oven mitts or other kitchen necessities. 7\. A lot of weird noises occur (which can be expected of a tiny home) 8\. Internet seemed to be shared so bad bandwidth and can't personally reset router. 9\. The ladder rungs to get up to the second bed are oriented at the incorrect angle to climb to the bed. 10\. There are no hooks to hang anything! 11\. The price is more expensive than other comparable properties in the area - and honestly, if we payed less, I wouldn't care as much. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it was very apparent that someone purchased some cheap land, piled tiny homes together, equipped them with the barest of necessities, up-charged for the "Tiny Home" experience, and gained a nice profit. ##### Allison S. Comfortable enough for 4 adults for an overnight stay. Not well equipped for anything more than that when compared to other VRBO rentals we have been in. No kitchen towels, salt. Tiny house was as advertised and roomier than expected! Property wasn’t cleaned when we arrived but the manager took care of it immediately and was very pleasant to work with. Apparently there was some miscommunication with the cleaning crew. My only small beef is that there was absolutely NO human interaction - and my question went unanswered 4 days and counting. Tighten that up and you might have something here.
