Primary Queen Bedroom with En Suite Bath. Couch in the Primary pulls out into a Twin. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor parking on the side of the home. The Neighborhood: Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! Getting Around: The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. In the winter it is best to have four wheel drive and good tires. It is always manageable to get to the home, but we want to be transparent that in the winter the roads could be snow packed. Other Things to Note: License: 2025-097 This property does not have air conditioning. \-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500\. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated! \-No AC Please NO parties, no fire pits, no fireworks. NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood. Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
