There is also a two car limit for the driveway for this listing so please make sure to carpool if you need to! This home has 2 apartments on the bottom level of the home. The apartments have separate entrances and shouldn't affect your stay, but please note that noise travels easily so we have implemented 10pm to 8am quiet hours. Yes, we are pet friendly -There is an additional pet fee of $70 if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max). First and foremost your property managers were so responsive - we had no propane and a clogged toilet when we first got there and they came right over. They were responsive online and just really great. House was nice…three bedrooms and two baths master bath very small. Hot tub was nice and porch amazing views!!!!! So nice to sit out there in the morning and in the evenings. We had a really lovely time that way. Also very close to town which was nice. Great family place and super nice and clean. Only small recommendations: put hooks in the bathrooms, bigger coffee pot, and maybe screens to keep the bees out. Thank you for a lovely Leadville stay ##### Madeline S.
