Leadville’s Victorian homes were historically built quite close together in the days before the “horseless carriage.” As such, parking can sometimes be a challenge. One safety point to note- stairs to upper level are steep & slippery carpet. Warning sign says 'be careful', but perhaps rubber strips or similar could be added to improve grip. We stayed over Boom Days weekend and family members could easily come and go since driving was not required for the events this weekend. Lockbox very convenient. Home was clean and comfortable, and we found all that we needed for cooking and relaxing. One thing to note is that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the second bedroom upstairs.
