Managed By: @TraverseHospitality The Space: The home is equipped with all the essentials and just one block from Harrison Street (Main St.). The home is located in a historic neighborhood, with a beautiful aspen grove! The cozy living room has Amazon Fire TV The newly remodeled kitchen has all necessities including a crockpot, french press, and blender! The bathroom has also recently been fully remodeled to include a giant shower and spacious room. New washer and dryer inside the house. Vero WiFi - 300mbps. The location is 15 minutes from Ski Cooper and 30 minutes from Copper Mountain. There is a decorative, historic wood-burning stove but you will stay warm with modern heaters. Great location within walking distance to multiple restaurants and downtown area. Street parking is ample. The place has plenty of amenities and is very comfortable. My only critical feedback was that the couch was quite dirty under the cushions and needs a vacuum. And it would be great if that couch were had a pull out bed in it. You could easily accommodate a small family in this rental with an extra bed. Maybe some coat hooks at the front door would be handy as well. Thanks so much for a great holiday! It is so awesome and in a perfect location. The vies of Mt Elbert and Mt Massive from the front door will take your breath away. It is a short walk to downtown and restaurants.
