IMPORTANT NOTE: \- For dogs: We do not allow puppies (under 1 year old), German Shepherds, or Huskies. \- We do not allow cats. \- If bringing a pet, a pet fee of $75 per pet is required. Please message us to let us know, and we will send a request for the payment, or you can pay through the listing platform. \- No cell service: You will need to use the coordinates provided in the check-in instructions and guidebook to reach the cabin. Map systems may not work due to the recent addition of this road. \- We recommend a 4x4 vehicle year-round for ease of access. Cancellation policy \- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees). The primary renter is required to SIGN the Renter\`s Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your stay at our property. 1\. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns. Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies. 3\. For hot tub: \- The hot tub is regularly maintained after every guest\`s check-out. However, if you leave it partially filled with dirt and trash scattered around, a fee of $350 will be imposed to cover the cost of draining and refilling the hot tub, as charged by the hot tub company. \- Children are under constant supervision and are never left alone. Diving, jumping, or frequently entering and exiting the tub should be avoided. Any damages will be incurred by the guest. 4\. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 5\. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 6\. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200. 7\. For noise complaints: 7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 7.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended. 10\. If bringing a pet: 10.1 We don\`t allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. No cats allowed. 10.2 A pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the deposit. 10.3 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog\`s poop) 10.4 No pets allowed on furniture or beds. 11\.
