Our room was on the end of the cabin. Parking in front of our door was great and the option to sit outside on the chairs of the front porch was a nice bonus. Loved the smart tv. Air conditioning worked excellent. Great mini fridge. Large bathroom which was ultra clean and towels galore were provided. We were provided with a phone number to text if we had any needs or questions and our text was returned promptly. We found the room spotlessly clean and in good condition. We especially enjoyed the front porch with the comfortable chairs where we could sit and watch the world go by with a backdrop of beautiful ponderosa pine trees. I've driven past so many times and was so excited to finally get to stay here. The hotel is right outside of downtown Lead and only 2 miles from Deadwood; parking in front of the cabin is guaranteed and the self check-in was perfect. I got an e-mail with the check-in information and a follow up text which was a pleseant surprise. The room itself was comfortable and the ambiance was perfect. The hair dryer didn't work. It was almost impossible to drain sink. No one to check us in and we did not notice the email prior. However, the room was quiet, charming and homing.
