Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies. 3\. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 4\. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 5\. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200. 6\. Overall, it was great. We had some storms come through a couple days that left 5-10" of snow. The power went out, but not the fault of VRBO or J&J. Mother Nature can not be predicted. Anyone staying there would be pleased...very spacious. The home could use some updating, but otherwise, I'd stay again!! ##### Kat C. Séjour de 8 nuits en mai 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### roger Voyage en famille 31 mars 2025 Points forts : Propreté Points faibles : Commodités, état et installations de l’hébergement The pictures of this property looked good, but the reality is the maintenance is basically non-existent. I would love to be able to attach pictures, but hopefully my description will suffice. In the main bathroom, there was NO shower/tub control knob. It was broke off! There was a severe shock hazard/electrical code violation as there were NON GFI outlets in either of the bathrooms or the kitchen. The storm door latch was broken, with screws missing on the latch. There was a 3 inch hole in the door of one of the bedrooms. The kitchen faucet was VERY loose and wabbly. There was no rug by the entry door. There were no liners in the kitchen cupboards, so when you took a cup out of the cupboard, you needed to wipe the loose wood particles of the rim that came from the raw wood shelves. The bottom of the bathroom tub was not fastened, and was loose. There was no dish cloth to wash dishes. The refrigerator door had to be pushed hard to shut it. The thermostat was programmed to turn the heat back to 65 after 35 minutes. The waster was very hard! The chairs on the deck were falling apart, and there is no way even a child could have sat in them. If you pulled the kitchen drawers past 1/2 way out, they would fall out. The very widely gapped floor boards were full of dirt and food stuff. There was no alarm clock or radio of any kind in any of the bathrooms, and the only clock in the living room didn't work.
