Ft Spacious Lodge, 7 Person Hot Tub, 3 En-suites Walk to Clubhouse!! Welcome to a new this newly built lodge in Powder House Pass aptly named Jubilation! This brand new 6 bedroom custom property has been designed and built with your vacation comfort in mind - from the floor plan, to the furnishings, the garage size, driveway, patio and hot tub, it has everything you could ask for! Located in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor close to ATV/snowmobile trails, this lodge is sure to make your Black Hills vacation the best it can be! As you walk through the front foyer at Jubilation, you're greeted with a spacious open floor plan where the living room, dining area and open kitchen area all come together for a great space for entertaining or enjoying your company. The living room has a fireplace accented with ship-lap up to the vaulted ceiling above and full of windows and natural light. There's a TV in the main living room, along with plenty of seating. The open kitchen has plenty of space to cook meals, and large island to gather around. The kitchen walks-out to to one of the covered patios complete with an outdoor table set and gas grill. There's also a 7 person hot tub on the patio! The main level has 2 large bedrooms each having their own private bathroom. There's also a laundry room on the main level, and the 2 car garage heated garage with great space for parking vehicles and ATVs. As you head up to the second level, you'll love the additional 4 bedrooms on the upper level one of which has it's own private bathroom, two of the bedrooms upstairs are connected with a jack-n-jill style walkthrough bathroom, and the 4th just across the hall from a full bathroom. There's also an additional bonus room above the garage great for a private area for your guests or kids room! Outside you'll find a nice driveway that can fit trucks with trailers, and great proximity to the local clubhouse where you'll have access to a heated pool, fire table and game room with pool table and newly added larger outdoor pool that's available in the summer months! You can easily take the couple minute walk over to the clubhouse through the subdivision and likely see wildlife on your short walk. There are snowmobile trails that can be accessed on the edge of the subdivision, and ATV trails that can be easily accessed on a short ride down Rochford road that you can connect with miles and miles of off-road fun! Deadwood is just 15 minutes away and there are taxi's that do service the area if you're looking to take in a concert, gamble, enjoy some great food or just walk the historic main street. The highly popular Spearfish Canyon is just 10 minutes away as well, with its amazing fly fishing, hiking, and just taking in the beauty of the rim-rock canyon walls and local waterfalls. In about an hour drive, you can also be enjoying larger attractions like Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake or Devils Tower. The location of the property is perfectly centralized between so many fun things to do during your vacation. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Stephanie B. 12 déc. 2024 #### As long as everything goes well you'll enjoy your stay Our stay started great- and then before bed our water heater went out, we spent an hour trying to troubleshoot this in the night and multiple hours in the AM because they couldn't send out a plumber on the weekend and we didn't want to have to clean and move, but really needed to do dishes and shower with hot water. They offered us to move houses, so we spent time packing and cleaning this house and had already added water to the hot tub with a broken hose so we could enjoy it that night. Moved houses, but the new properties hot tub was SO DIRTY and low water, and just SMELLED, so we went and got the broken hose from the last house so we could try to clean it up to enjoy. They did sent a hot tub guy out who had to drain water and clean so we were not able to enjoy the hot tub at all. We were thankful that they let us move somewhere new, but ALL the wasted hours moving and troubleshooting their problems put a huge damper on our short vacation. Property manager BUDI is NOT NICE to deal with. We asked for any sort of discount and she accused us of stealing her broken hose, leaving trash, and doing who knows what to have to top off the hot tub. We will not be staying with Black Hills Adventure lodging ever again. ##### Stephanie B.
