Only 2 hours from Paris, this magnificent recently renovated country house offers you beautiful amenities, such as a terrace, a large garden and a large bright living room. It is the perfect place to enjoy a stay with family or friends, or even to telework in a peaceful setting. Cerza Zoo is only a 15-minute drive away, while the mythical beaches of Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer can be reached in 25 minutes.

On the first floor, you will find an entrance hall with storage, a large living room with a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, as well as a dining room and a large living room opening onto the terrace. A shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as a TV lounge complete this floor.

On the first floor, you will discover a double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, two toilets on the landing, a second double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a third double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, and a shower room. You will also find a master bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, a shower, and two single beds. Sliding doors allow these two spaces to be separated for more privacy. On the top floor, a last bedroom with two single beds awaits you. WIFI is available throughout the house.

Outside, you can enjoy two terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs for moments of relaxation. Children and adults can have fun with the swing and table tennis. In addition, 4 bicycles are at your disposal to explore the surrounding countryside (2 children's bikes, 1 adult mountain bike and 1 adult road bike). A communal tennis court is just a 2-minute drive away.

This house, with a low carbon footprint, is equipped with a heating and hot water system powered by a heat pump, guaranteeing optimal comfort while respecting the environment.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

At MyPacôme Conciergerie, babies are welcome! However, no equipment is available on site. For more comfort, we offer adapted equipment for hire, delivered and installed before your arrival:
- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: €12 per night
- High chair: €10 per night
- Baby kit (cot + high chair): €19 per night

To ensure that you fully enjoy your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: home massage, home chef service, delivery of aperitif boards, wine entertainment (wine testing + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental and much more. In addition, thanks to our wellness partner, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with the rental of a jacuzzi, available from €290 on weekends (subject to availability). PGJyPgYour concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
