Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 68 m² flat with sea and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is for rent in BRAS DE PONTHO, Le Tampon. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), this duplex apartment comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 25 m² living room with TV (50") and double sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) and wardrobe  
\- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) and wardrobe  
\- Shower room with Italian shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line, fan, cot, ironing board and iron.

\- A private 15 m² front balcony with garden furniture and outdoor box  
\- A private rear terrace of 15 m² with outdoor table and chairs, gas barbecue, to enjoy the view and the fine weather.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Le Tampon, Bras de Pontho, between the sea (Saint Pierre's lagoon and seafront, at the gateway to the wild south) and the mountains (nearby Dimitile, volcano, bebour and bélouve forests, trou de fer, etc.), in a very pleasant and peaceful environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. Experience the peace and quiet of Reunion!
