The apartment is very spacious, in a great location, with a very special view, and uniquely decorated. Of course to get a great view you have to be prepared to climb the stairs. I had previously community the ETA. 2. It's supposed to be a non smoking facility but the apartment wreaked of cigarette smoke. 3.
