Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 33 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included and all rooms air-conditioned, we're just waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 33 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area. \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: with two single beds joined to make a double bed (160x200). \- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (160x200). \- Bathroom with bath. \- Separate WC. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: \- A 9 m² west-facing terrace overlooking the garden, with furniture and a pergola to enjoy the fine weather. There is a busy road nearby, and noise pollution may be noticeable outside during the day in high season (July-August). The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by. Activities : \- Water sports (boat, paddle, water skiing, parasailing, diving, swimming). \- Visit the Golden Islands and the coast as far as St Tropez. \- Very pleasant cycle path. \- Walks along the coastal path... \- Little train to visit the coast. \- Le Lavandou public beach 800 m from accommodation. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private car park (one space). A sheltered parking space is also available. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: \- Nearest train station: Hyères 22 km (26 min by car), Toulon 40 km (42 min by car) \- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 22 km away (26 min by car) \- Bus station: Lavandou 230 m away (3 min walk) \- Buses to Bormes-les-Mimosas and coastal towns.
