"Un endroit très reposant, au calme. Une maison magnifique avec de grandes pièces. Des hôtes très agréable et discrets. À notre arrivée, la maison était très fraiche c’était un plaisir de s’y installer. On était sur Bernis pour un baptême donc nous n’avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans la maison mais ce qui est sûr c’est que nous allons garder l’adresse si nous devons refaire un séjour dans la région. "Thank you for a lovely stay at the Splendid Hotel. It lives up to its name. Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, easy to access. The best part is we were warmly welcomed despite our soggy appearance and gritty bicycles after getting caught in the rain cycling from Arles. There was a safe storage for our bikes and an elevator to get us to our room. All greatly appreciated by these tired travelers. "

"Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Die Tosettos sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine gute Urlaubswoche benötigt. Mit der Markise konnte man den Balkon auch in der heißen Nachmittagssonne gut nutzen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage abstellen. Danke für die gute Zeit.Allerdings hatten wir ein Problem mit FeWo/VRBO, die uns eine Überzahlung nicht zurückerstatteten. Das Problem hat nichts mit dem Vermieter zu tun, der uns auch noch dabei unterstützte die Überzahlung zurück zu bekommen."

"We had a wonderful time in May 2025 with our three boys ages 11, 9 and 7\. The club is beautiful and well maintained. Pools were perfect for our boys (4 pools in total if you count the kiddies pool separately). We went to the buffet for breakfast and dinner every day. There was lots of variety but not so much that it was overwhelming. Breakfast included hot drinks and juice. Dinner included wine (self service) and water (still and sparkling). There are two tennis courts, football pitch/basketball court, three table tennis tables and adventure playground to keep the kids entertained. All equipment can be borrowed from reception. We flew into Nimes airport which is abut 40 minutes away. You can get a shuttle bus to/from the airport into Nimes centre and then a bus to/from Le Grau-Du-Roi or the hotel can book a taxi transfer (which is about €130) if you phone them to book before you arrive. We were pretty much the only English family in the resort. Mainly French families staying there. Most of the staff speak fantastic English however in the local area it was a struggle with communicating as not a super touristy place for English. That being said, we managed at shops and restaurants and used Google translate when needed! Our room was nice and comfortable. Compact but enough space. Stairs to upstairs was quite steep and narrow and could have done with a hand rail. We honestly had the best time and would 100% recommend to families or anyone wanting to stay in this part of France."
