It is situated in a residence just steps away from the right bank beach, a very sought-after area, close to all amenities and still peaceful. This T2 apartment of 50 m² is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, offering a pleasant proximity to the sea within walking distance. It consists of a kitchen corner open to the living area, with a TV corner for added comfort. The bedroom features a 140 cm bed in a separate room. All the necessary amenities are provided for your comfort: coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy the calm of the area and relax in this bright and airy space, with a charming sea-view terrace. The evenings offer stunning sunsets depending on the season. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation. Any additional request will incur a charge: 25 € TTC for a double bed (2 people) 15 € TTC for a single bed (1 person) Basic products are provided, excluding condiments, shower gel, and shampoo. The Location A pedestrian path leads directly to one of the most beautiful beaches in Le Grau du Roi. Ideally located for everything on foot: Shops, Markets (downtown and Boucanet), Restaurants and Tapas Bars, Cinema. The Seaside Resort of Le Grau du Roi offers beautiful walks along the Mediterranean coastline, bike rides to the Salins d’Aigues-Mortes (green routes – Bike rental at 300 m), and also options for pedal boats (shacks), boating (piers), and 4x4 adventures to explore the Camargue Gardoise.
