"Avoid if at all possible. The location, though advertised as central Flaine is not Flaine, it is 5-10 minute drive up the hill, requiring a navette bus to ski. This also makes it rather difficult to find on the first day. The hot tub didn't work most of the time and when it did it was tepid at best. The room was dirty, with dirty socks lying around and to top it all off, they tried to charge an 80 euro cleaning fee for a room that wasn't even clean. "Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. "
