« Points positifs : emplacement de la péniche - propreté de l'appartement Points négatifs : environnement (épaves de bateaux) et aspect extérieur de la péniche (plastique sur le toit tenu par des pierres) - accès difficile à l'appartement et surtout (escalier très raide) Impossible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Les hublots sont rouillés. Bizarre qu'aucun commentaire ne mentionne ces désagréments ! Vraiment nous avons été déçus quand nous avons vu la péniche. »

« Très agréable et original ! 2 nuits passées sur le bateau de Casey, nous avons adoré dormir bercés par les vagues. Casey prend le temps de tout expliquer et se rend disponible s'il y'a le moindre problème avec le logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir aux beaux jours :) A bientôt Julie »

« I cannot recommend this listing enough. They thought of everything you could want inside the house, the location is fantastic and the communication was seamless. You should definitely rent the Captains Cabin if you are even partially thinking about it. Just do it! »

« Tolle Woche dort verbracht. Eine Tour nach Amsterdam geht problemlos mit dem Bus mit 1x umsteigen am Flughafen. Der Ausstieg ist quasi direkt am Rijksmuseum. Die Umgebung lässt sich am Besten mit dem ebike erkunden. »

« Très belle peniche Très agréable Mais trop.bruyante car près de la route à 4 voies Nous avons aussi été surpris et déçus car si on veut utiliser le frigo, lave vaisselle etc c est 50€ en.plys chaque jour....et non.precise dans l annonce... On ne maîtrise ni le son de la TV car bloqué au minimum....ni l air conditionne...donc il n y a pas de télé ni de cuisine ni d air conditionné puisque on ne peut pas les utiliser....c est un peu du.mensonge !!! »

« l'emplacement est parfait, au calme la chambre est très confortable et très bien équipée l'accueil est excellent on peut longer le canal des brasseurs pour rejoindre le centre, c'est très agréable »

« Dana’s boathouse is perfectly situated, close to Amsterdam Central Station and the city centre. Well equipped, if you want to eat small meals on the boat and enjoy the wonderful view of the canal. Dana is a very nice person and available for your questions and needs. I recommend! »

« We certainly enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. Monnickendam is a cute little town with a nice market, shops and restaurants. Just a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop into Amsterdam - very convenient. On the houseboat you find everything you need. Perfect spot in the evening is on the rooftop. Our host provided us with a very warm welcome. Communication was easy and very pleasant. Getting used to the dry toilet is a little challenge - there are „normal“ toilets in the main building. »

« Petit logement très bien agencé, propre, confortable et calme (en avril). Très bonne localisation proche du centre de Volendam boutiques et restaurants, des excursions et d'Amsterdam par le bus 316. Contrairement à la description les lits ne font pas 200x200 mais 140x200 et il manquait un drap housse pour le canapé. Sinon juste parfait. Nous recommandons vivement. »

« Beautiful houseboat in the charming village of Monnickedam. Clean and confortable for a family of 4 - it has everything we needed. Roof deck not pictured to enjoy the sunsets, and a outside table in the front. Close to town, it's an easy walk to restaurants and maybe 20 mins to the grocery store. Easy communication with the host. One small detail, the location in the marina is different than the picture, the houseboat has close neighbourghs but it wasn't a problem. We had a great time! »

« Ménage pas fait depuis longtemps prise de courant au bord du ponton finalement dans la nuit la mer a monté donc ponton inondé plus d électricité ( pas de café pas de toilette et pas de moyen de sortir très loin de tout pour le gérant nous n avons vu personne »

« This was an incredible end to our trip. The town is so quaint and adorable with so many friendly people. The houseboat was gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. The sauna was perfect since the weather was a little chill but exactly what you’d expect for the end of December. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience! »
