The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a beautiful mahogany kitchen with bar, two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, large closet, dresser and light elm tallboy, the other with two 80 cm beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed), a bathroom with bathtub-shower and towel dryer, as well as a separate toilet. Electric heating. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include an electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, TV, kettle, classic coffee maker and capsule coffee machine, toaster, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher. This accommodation does not offer air conditioning, but as it is cross-ventilated and by the sea, it always remains pleasant. You will enjoy a large 16 m² terrace with a double illuminated electric awning and a rear balcony overlooking the Guérande salt marshes. The building has an elevator. This holiday rental is located in a private, wooded, fully enclosed park for a peaceful experience. You have direct private access to Valentin beach and the wild coast. Bicycle parking is available. The train station is 950 m away, shops and bakery 100 m, supermarket 400 m and medical center nearby. Bed linen and towels are available as an option and can be ordered on site from the concierge for an additional fee. An unassigned parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
