Located in La Gaconnière, between Dolus and Château d’Oléron, this independent guest room welcomes you to a peaceful setting on the edge of the forest.  
  
With approximately 15 m² of space, the room features a comfortable sleeping area and a private bathroom, ideal for two guests. You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and bed linen are provided. Please note, the room does not have air conditioning or a kitchen.  
  
Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a terrace for relaxing moments. A parking space is available on the property.  
  
For everyone’s comfort, pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.  
  
The house is 2 km from family-friendly beaches on the east coast and about 4 km (15 minutes by bike) from Vertbois and Grand Village beaches.  
  
Recycling instructions are available on-site for an eco-friendly stay. Check-in is easy and flexible thanks to a convenient system.  
  
The host may be present on-site, always respecting your privacy and remaining available if needed.
