Located in the town of Bois Plage, this pleasant two-storey villa (4 people) is ideal for fully enjoying your holidays on the Ile de Ré. In particular thanks to its geographical location which will allow you easy access to shops (400 m) and the beach (800 m).  
  
Ground floor :  
  
LIVING / DINING ROOM: (27. 19 m2) This living room gives access to the terrace. It includes a convertible sofa, TV, furniture, lamps, dining table with benches, chairs and storage.  
KITCHEN: This kitchen, open to the dining room, is fitted and fully equipped. It includes a fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hob with extractor hood, sink, cupboards, dishwasher.  
  
13 steps staircase.  
  
WC: (1.28 m2) separate WC, with a storage area and washing machine.  
  
GARAGE: (17 m2) This garage gives onto the terrace and patio. Contains the electric meter, water heater, garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, vacuum cleaner, parasol and garbage cans. You can of course park your vehicle there.

BEDROOM 1 (courtyard view): This room measures 8.54 m2. It includes a 140 cm bed, bedside table and lamp, a wall cabinet and tables. Blankets and pillows.  
  
BEDROOM 2 (street view): It measures 8.55 m2, with 2 single beds, a bedside table with lamp, a wall cabinet and paintings. Blankets and pillows.  
  
BATHROOM (3.43 m2) This second bathroom is larger than the first. It measures 5.99 m2 and is equipped with a shower, 1 sink with mirror, chair and wall cabinet.  
  
WC: The upper floor is also composed of an independent WC of 1.27 m2.
