The residence is secured with a caretaker, and a numbered parking space is included for your convenience. In the entrance, on your right, you will find a practical cupboard and a vacuum cleaner, and on your left is a bathroom that includes a shower and toilet for your comfort during your stay. The living room includes a sofa bed (BZ), a equipped kitchenette with hot plates, a refrigerator/freezer, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your use. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 200 cm and also has a television for your relaxation.
