Located in an enclosed lot, this bright and charming accommodation includes:  
\- two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen;  
\- two functional shower rooms and two separate WCs;  
\- a dining area with a table and chairs;  
\- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;  
\- a garden furnished with two Chileans and its coffee table with solar bedside for relaxation on a synthetic turf area;  
\- a terrace with a dining area under an outdoor parasol;  
\- a shared swimming pool.  
  
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.  
  
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, TV, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Fridge with a freezer section, Barbecue, Bluetooth speaker, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.  
  
During your stay, you will also have at your disposal a gym, a hammam, a sauna, a ping-pong table and a petanque court.  
  
The apartment is ideally located:  
\- Lake access 100 metres from the house.  
\- A 10-minute walk from the Christmas market.  
\- 1.2 km from Barcarès Beach.  
\- Less than 5 minutes by car also from Aqualand, tree climbing and casino as well as the supermarket.  
\- 1.2 km from Electrobeach and Les Déferlantes.  
\- Many bike rides nearby.  
\- Close to a mini grocery store, bread depot, pizzeria, sandwich shop, bar with entertainment on the aquatic complex and various restaurants such as "Dans le même bateau" and "La Guinguette" (restaurant with fresh products, bar, swimming pool, lively evenings open from Easter to the end of October).  
  
Do not hesitate to walk around the island.  
  
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:  
\- a 13-minute walk to the beach;  
\- Place de la Martinique (Coudalère) at 21 minutes;  
\- Leucate Pontoon, 9 minutes by car;  
\- Fount del Port, 15 minutes away, and many more.

\## Emplacement  
A marked identity, a renowned seaside resort… Le Barcarès has everything to seduce. Surrounded by a pond and the sea, this strip of land was neglected until the 17th century. It was then that a fishing village settled there and a few decades later, Le Barcarès has a major fishing port and even shipyards where the famous Catalan boat is built. In the 60s, real estate developers took over the coast and made Barcarès a famous seaside resort with the symbol of the Lydia, stranded on its beaches. This liner, now converted into a museum, disco and restaurant, is the fourth oldest existing liner in the world. The neighborhoods all have a special character and you will like to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of each. From the old village to the Grande Plage, from the Lido to the Port, the atmospheres change and give a unique character to Barcarès.
