It is part of the Blitz Apartment Complex, which features a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) surrounded by a large green area and a solarium, where each resident is assigned a designated area. A communal barbecue is available for shared use. The apartment is located on the first floor and includes a kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine. The living area has a table and a sofa. There is a spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe and balcony. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower box. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Secure parking is available for guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Especially having access to a pool was convenient for the hot weather. The apartment was clean and the hosts very responsive. It is around a 20 minute walk away from the center of town and the neighbours were really friendly. Die Wohnanlage und Pool sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und man ist in 15 Min in der Altstadt. Bei einem Problem wurde uns unverzüglich geholfen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen.
