On the entrance level, you will find two bedrooms, a bright bathroom with a window, equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and WC, as well as a cozy living room. On the upper level, there is a bright kitchen with a dining area, a guest bathroom with a sink and WC, and a spacious terrace facing southwest with a stunning panoramic view of the majestic Lake Garda and the Scaligero Castle. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stovetop, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. It also has direct access to the panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor dining while admiring the breathtaking view on teh Garda Lake.. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance. Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in. Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C). Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
