The staff was mostly wonderful. We did have to wait 10 minutes for a staff member to stop smoking to help us and had to call the 1-800 number to get through to someone for toilet tissue. We had cockroaches in our room and saw a mouse in the hall. The beds were not comfortable and old. The outside pool wasn’t open. The breakfast was fantastic. Our room did not have enough working plugs. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work that well. We did enjoy being close to our friends but probably wouldn’t not stay here again. The price was also good but you get what you pay for. Definitely needs some updates!

Check in was great both times. Taneka, April 28th she checked us in. She was fantastic, new what I needed before I Even asked, very professional. Great customer service. Second night, we actually needed to come back to hotel next night due to our schedule changing. April 29th, Melanie checked us in and she was excellent, very professional and polite. Thank you ladies for taking great care of us, we will definitely return. Pet friendly and only 20 bucks a night. Also breakfast can't pass it up!

This was the single worst hotel experience of my life. The woman at the front desk had a HORRIBLE cough and sprayed everyone who came in with her germs. She literally couldn't speak without having long, loud coughing fits. The air conditioner in the hallways and common areas doesn't work and neither does the elevator. I had to haul bags for everyone in my family up and down the stairs in no A/C. The rooms were filthy. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. The sheets were musty and made everyone's skin and hair smell like mildew. The parking lot was full of truckers drinking, cat calling, and playing loud music. I had no choice but to sleep there the first night of my trip because everything in town was booked, but the next morning I was able to find a real hotel. The manager told me that they would refund me, but instead, they charged my card multiple times and drained my bank account around $1200. This hotel is disgusting and should be condemned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome. The room was clean, good sized and nicely decorated. The hotel was older but maintained pretty well. The door handle had a hole in it but didn’t affect the door’s function. The counters, sink and shower materials were very nice but sadly were sealed cheaply. The price of the room was reasonable and the breakfast was great, many choices with hot items better than what was offered at the other hotels around the area. The only problem was the toaster didn’t work. Pool was very nice plus they had second pool outside which we didn’t use since it was cooler weather. Overall very nice, I would recommend staying here.

It was pretty good for an older motel. Breakfast was great. Rooms were fairly clean. I would stay there again. Counter desk clerks were really nice and friendly. Give them a raise.

This property needs refreshing. It is getting shabby but is ok if you are on a budget. Staff was very nice and their breakfast offers a nice variety. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool.

It is rare for me to leave reviews but this time I must. I want to start by saying that the staff, everyone, receives 5 stars. They were all nice and friendly. The hotel itself lacks in all areas - the bed was warped, the pillows were tiny and not comfortable, the bed cover was basically a blanket between two sheets. Overall, very uncomfortable. We were there 3 nights and never had the room done. I had to ask for clean towels. The shower pressure was weak and water didn’t drain. The only option for food after hours was limited to vending machines. The hotel structure needs repairs. I was very disappointed. I can’t imagine Best Western execs would approve.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures online. It was under construction and loud and very outdated. We didn’t get room service one time in the three days we were there. I would not stay here ever again.
