Someone sleeping in the lobby all night. Only had coffee and tea for breakfast. Lied that they had put stuff out. I went down stairs at 6 to smoke. Guy was still sleeping in chair. Went back in 6:30. Still no breakfast. We was even told to remove are garbage when we left. Was told if you get the floors dirty. Ask and we will get a vacuum for you. I did say something. I was told. What do you expect when you pay for an Xfinity room

The Hotel was clean and quiet. There are multiple options as far as dining in the area. However if you are looking for a Grab and go breakfast- it offers coffee only.

Upon arrival I went to the room, the bathroom lighting, the bed lighting on the wall on the rigfht hand side, and the overheadlighting prior to the bathroom lights do not work. I addressed my concern with the staff prior to stepping out for the day. I was shunned because I interupted his phone call relating nothing to his job. I was informed it would be taken care of prior to my return; well without a doubt it was not even adressed. the door itself did not remain closed unless the dead bolt lock was in the on/functioning section. EVERY day I had t pack everything back into my car to ensure it was secured while i was away. I again returned to the front desk to inform the staff, I had no effective results. I requested to speak to manager but was never returmned a response. I ended up leaving the hotel; zero reimbursement or apology or anything. I travel ALL of the time as a Contract for Dept. of Defense, All I wanted was a safe secure evening with a functioning room. If you want that to, DO NOT STAY here. you will be ignored and shunned if you make any requests, very dissatidsfied and disappointed with the lack of concern and support. If i could post the videos and pictures you would stay away as well. Buyer be warned

My room was in the second floor, right above the patio area and BBQ grills are. People would go out there to smoke, and the smoke would come in thru my window. Then they would talk late at night and early in the morning. Made it hard to get rest.

Arrived an hour after check in. Their WiFi was out of order so they couldn’t check anyone in. Completely unacceptable. There should be a contingency plan for when this occurs. Ended up having to stay in the lobby for an hour, until their WiFi was restored. Worst part, they have no clue what happened. They don’t seem like competent or empowered employees.

When I arrived a sign said to call 0 if checking in. There was not a phone in site. I had to walk around and only when another guest tried to locate the registration clerk for me. It was tattered. All but 1 were broken hangers, flat old pillows, old thin bedding, a large hole on the (p)leather chair arm without any (p)leather, the towels were like thin rags. Brian is excellent, he was polite & keeps it very clean in common areas. After 1 night I paid to go to another hotel. You have to go down and ask for a coffee pot or anything for the kitchenette. If you want new towels, they ask you to turn them in to get a new set(?) The owner needs to invest in the property: new carpet, bedding, towels, furniture,

Unsatisfactory Experience
My husband and I went to Oklahoma/Fort Sill to witness our daughter graduate from Basic Training. First, yes I did book a stay here, but was not allowed to check in because of the time of our arrival. My husband and I arrived in Oklahoma City late because we had a nighttime flight and we were extremely exhausted because we had to drive over an hour just to get to this hotel. When we arrived, it was well after midnight, that wasn’t our fault but I do understand. The gentleman at the front desk told us that the night audit was done for the night so we could not check in UNLESS we paid $25 an hour until 11:00 am the next day. The nighttime audit was done but he was still willing to take my money, which would have been well over the price that I paid on the website! I said absolutely not! Second, there were unsavory-looking characters just hanging out in the lobby and the area wasn’t the best. So we left. We ended up staying at the Apache Casino Hotel and it was beautiful and in a much nicer area.

First, A room was reserved 17 days in advance that was supposed to be a handicapped accessible suite, upon arrival no such rooms were available. Room that was given to us didn't even have grab bars at tub or toilet. Second, upon check in you must sign a contract that at their discretion they can charge you extra for this thing or that and you release your rights to arbitrate these charges. Third, the motel advertises that they have breakfast available. That consisted of a muffin and cup of coffee. When I questioned staff they replied "Well the website states a 'Grab &Go' breakfast. (Gotta love the fine print). They didn't even have a coffee maker in the room. Fourth, they advertise FREE wifi, however this wifi doesn't get you anywhere; you have the option to pay for extended Wi-Fi, which I did and I still was not able to stream YouTube TV, or videos from other apps. Luckily I have unlimited data and that worked just fine. This was supposed to be a four night stay, luckily Expedia was able to negotiate a refund for the last three nights and we were able to change motels.

The room had a bad grease smell - similar to old fryer oil, which was rather unpleasant. The bathroom floor was very slippery; so much so I almost fell. It was as if someone spilled grease or cooking oil and it wasn’t properly cleaned. Also, the complimentary coffee was horrible. I travel over 100 days a year so not the best place I’ve stayed at but certainly not the worst.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. I had small issues in that the chair for the desk in my room was broken and would not raise and the blow dryer didn’t work. Those are inconveniences and I can understand how no one might know, without being told. However, I was a little unsure/nervous when I left in the morning. I left at 3:30 am and upon entering the lobby, there was a person sleeping there. I don’t know if it was a homeless person that got in or the front desk attendant because they were no where around, but it was a little unsettling. There were not issue from it, aside from me not being comfortable and despite that, I would stay here again.

Our room had roaches! It smelled terrible; the only reprieve was keeping the window open. Running the AC created a terrible smell. We found multiple roaches in both bathroom and the kitchen/bed area. The only reason we did not leave was all the higher quality hotels in the area were booked. Very disappointing stay.

Another great stay at Extended Stay
Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Only complaint it that the towels were small and thin. Other than that it was all good. Can definitely recommend Jimmy's Egg for breakfast!

Between dirty carpet and dirty bathroom with the ceiling fan full of dust! I have not mention the homeless guy sleeping in the front desk with your employees on their devices behind the counter so people can’t see! Very disappointing to stay at a place that services muffins & coffee ONLY!
