The private gardens face the lake and come with BBQ and alfresco dining a hammock and a stunning pool all set within beautiful floral gardens. The sincere welcoming atmosphere gives a special homely setting making it easy to relax and unwind while taking in the special views over the lake. Private boat hire is only 15 minutes by car. \## Access A Private road which leads directly to an electric gate and the private entrance. Space for three cars / two spaces which are under a car port. The property is completely private. A path with hand railing leads to the villa. Automated lighting lights the way to this amazing villa.
