Laveno-Mombello, Italy is home to this single-family, two-story house located in the hamlet of Ceresolo. You can enjoy direct access to the beach and the lake, just 30 meters away. The property also features a yard, internet WiFi, and parking. It offers a perfect holiday rental retreat with its picturesque setting on a slope overlooking the water.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts shared access to a tree-lined area and a bathing place by the lake. You can soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the water, with the shingle beach conveniently located just 30 meters away.  
  
Other Information  
For your convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine. It is easily accessible by car, and you can find a supermarket within 3.5 km, a restaurant and bar within 1 km, and the Laveno railway station and ferry to Verbania just 4 km away. Please note that part of the house is closed and unoccupied, and the owner resides on the same property. Electric gates provide added security for residents.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Explore the nearby attractions, including the historic Santa Caterina del Sasso, just 2.6 km away, and the stunning Rocca di Angera, a medieval castle located 17 km from the property. With its prime location, this vacation rental offers easy access to the area's cultural and natural treasures.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans an area of 100 square meters. The practical furnishings include an entrance hall and a large living/dining room with a panoramic window, a television, and a fan. The living/dining room also has access to the terrace. There are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with a fan, one room with two beds and a shower/bidet/toilet, and one small room with one bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The house also features a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 15th. The terrace, measuring 20 square meters, is roofed and comes with terrace furniture. Other amenities include a hair dryer, free WiFi internet access, and reserved parking for two cars. Pets, specifically one dog, are allowed.  
  
Other Information  
The property, known as "Fabrizio," offers a very beautiful view of the lake. The house is perfect for a vacation with family or friends, accommodating up to five people comfortably with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The practical furnishings and amenities, such as the fully equipped kitchen, heating, and WiFi, ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The roofed terrace with furniture provides an ideal outdoor space to enjoy the stunning lake view.
