We enjoyed our stay with a variety of family and friends. Weather wasn’t ideal but it is always a risk in late Sept. Not much open this time of year either. Everyone was comfortable and we loved the big dining table.

#### Lavallette is a nice place - beautiful Beaches

The BEACH! the reason why we went was awesome. Short block walk to the beach which was beautiful and my kids loved it. However, people who said this place was clean must live in a barn. The smell of Mold was pretty evident. You can tell this place is used as a motel, not a Air B&B. Tables and floors sticky, first floor bathroom smelled like a Bar's bathroom , you can clearly smell piss as if people peed on the walls. Neighbor's behind us were screaming vulgarities and when asked to keep it down since i have young kids, i was told to fk off. You are better staying in a house on a quiet block than this very loud and constantly busy road.

Such a wonderful stay at this property with a family of 12! Everything was very clean and had plenty of supplies for a few days at the beach! Love how close it is to the beach (only 1 block). Host was super responsive with any questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Neil was extremely communicative and prompt in his responses. The house was perfect and stocked with everything we could have needed in the kitchen. The only draw back was the neighbors were a bit crazy on Saturday night, but you can’t pick your neighbors! Everything else was absolutely perfect for our week long stay for our friend’s wedding.

The house was very nice and i thought more spacious than the pictures. It included everything we needed. It was in a great part of lavallette. Every meal we were able to walk to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Patty

#### Pleasantly surprised

I didn’t realize the house sat on a busy, main, road; however inside the house was very quiet. Great access to the beach - one short block. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay . Not sure why top sheets aren’t provided plus there were no wash cloths. Easy enough to pack your own.

#### Perfect for Our Needs!

We needed a home to accommodate 8 family members for our nephew's wedding at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Point Pleasant and this checked off all the boxes perfectly. Although we did not spend very much time at the house, it provided what we needed, queen beds and ample room to fit us all very comfortably! Neil responded to my questions immediately and was VERY helpful. Lavallette was a great place to stay! Enjoyed a great breakfast at Sand Dollar Pancake House which was just a short walk across the street. Very nice area!

#### Fits a Family Perfectly!!

Everything was as described. Livingroom was a great gathering place for 'rest' time. Diningroom was spacious. Kitchen provided every dish, serving dish, cutlery and accessories you could desire! Enough for a LARGE family. The bedrooms were great. My son chose the first floor one for his family of 3 with a 6 year old. We chose the one closest to the upstairs bathroom (we're old). We didn't use the other two but they were very nice... lots of drawer space. Great short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Short ride to the amusement area. Suggestion: Room darkening window treatment (blinds were OK, but we like to sleep later). More towel racks or hangers in the bathrooms. We'll surely be back next year!!!!

The property was perfectly appointed and close to everything! We had three families down the shore for Memorial Day Weekend. Neil was responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to stay again!
