"I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff who attended to our every need. Breakfast was made fresh to order every morning- yogurt, fruit, granola, and then the main dish which was always eggs, a breakfast meat and some side dishes which changed daily. The entire hotel was spotless. Daily housekeeping kept our room spotless as well. Mini split air conditioning in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"My husband and I LOVED our stay! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful- they were able to answer questions about transportation, dining recommendations, and more. There was a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They even helped us book our inter island ferries. The location is also perfect- quiet street but right next to everything you need in Puerto Ayora. If you’re staying on Santa Cruz, you will not regret booking here!"

The service was exceptional from start to finish — the owner personally made sure every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed.
