Nollen is a modern and comfortable apartment complex located in a quiet and sunny position on a slope in Mürren, Switzerland. The property boasts a yard, Internet WiFi, and the option of an installment plan. It provides storage room for skis and a ski boot dryer within the building.  
  
Outdoors  
Nollen enjoys a prime location with walking paths starting just 50 meters away from the house. The cable car station is conveniently situated at a distance of 1 kilometer, while the skisport facilities and ski school are within a 200-meter radius. The famous Trümmelbachfälle attraction is nearby.  
  
Other Information  
The property is part of a car-free holiday rental complex. In case of favorable snow conditions, the house is accessible by skiing. Arrival is facilitated by the mountain railway. Guests have access to a grocery store within 600 meters, a restaurant at 300 meters, a railway station at 200 meters, and an indoor swimming pool at 300 meters from the property.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Nollen offers easy access to renowned ski regions such as Mürren - Schilthorn and Wengen - Kleine Scheidegg. Additionally, the well-known lakes of Thunersee and Brienzersee can be conveniently reached from the property. Nearby attractions include the picturesque Trümmelbachfälle.

Unit Layout  
The "Gloria Süd" is a 4-room apartment spanning 100 square meters on the 2nd floor. It features a spacious and bright interior with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The open large living/dining room measures 50 square meters and boasts a panoramic window, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, cable TV, a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. It also has access to a balcony. The apartment includes an open lounge area with a Scandinavian wood stove. There are three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and access to the balcony, another double bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and a room with a French bed (140 cm x 200 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen featuring an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven. Additionally, you will have access to Illy coffee capsules for the coffee machine (extra cost). The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bath/WC and another with a shower/WC. It also features underfloor heating and parquet floors throughout. Outside, there is a large balcony with south and east-facing positions, offering marvellous panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, and the resort. Balcony furniture is provided.

The apartment is suitable for families and non-smokers only. It offers various facilities, such as a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra cost), a hair dryer, and logs for the wood stove (extra cost). You will also have access to free WiFi internet and an iPod docking station. This apartment is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient vacation in a picturesque setting.
