Superb mountain views, a spacious balcony and chalet-style wooden walls, all make Chalet Bergrose the type of place you will be lusting about long after you leave. Just a short walk of 230 meters from the train station, the apartment is set in a traditional chalet-style building complete with wood carvings. The apartment has a generously sized open plan dining-living-kitchen with French doors out to the balcony. The master bedroom features king-size bed (180x200cm) and en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom features 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and is served by a separate shower room. There is also a communal laundry facility in the basement for your use. • Complimentary use of the Central Sport ski, board and boot depot. The depot is located adjacent to the Männlichen cable car within the shop and offers places for more than 1,000 skis, boards and boots. The depot is supervised and is open at the same time as the shop. Spacious and enough for 4 people. The booking process and post booking service were very good. Maggie was very helpful with guidance. Overall it was a pleasant stay. There was no light in the washing machine room. The balcony must have the best view of the mountains in the Am Acher area. It was difficult to leave. There was no control over the heating, which was set too high, and did not conform to the instructions in the information pack.
