Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. "I have no complaints. Of the 3 hotels I stayed in on this trip to Europe, this was by my favorite. I chose a lake view room and from My balcony I could see right over to Evian. Every staff member was beyond helpful from getting me in for dinner when I didn’t have a reservation to arranging an early morning taxi for me. They even indulged me practicing my terrible French with them. I plan on visiting Lausanne at least once a year to visit friends and I will always stay at De La Paix "
