Staff were excellent and location was very good in relation to the metro and some of the great landmarks, including the Lausanne Cathedral. Lack of air conditioning meant that comfort was compromised but opening the windows helped.

The toilet room smelled like urine. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. But otherwise My room was comfortable with the fan on and window open. I appreciated the kitchenette. The Expedia site said there was laundry on site but I had to walk 8 min to a laundromat. But the laundromat had instructions in English and big machines that worked quickly. Great location to get where I wanted in Lausanne.

It was a fairly nice hotel styled as a lodging house with shared restroom facilities. I had to call the property numerous times to receive my access code (as I was arriving outside check-in time) even though I was told they would email me the information.

If you stay here and arrive by train, make sure to take the metro to the Riponne - Bejart station. It will save you walking up the hill. The hotel was a good value. The people that worked the desk were helpful and knowledgeable.

This hotel is for you if you just looking for an affordable, clean, central space to stay for a night or two. It's really good value for money, staff were friendly, and the coffee machine in the room is a great plus. However, this hotel is certainly not for you if you need a big bathroom or any kind of luxury to be happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a simple, short stay but not necessaily for a relaxing holiday.

Good stay. Near city center. Walkable to alot of tourist spots. Family room fits 4 people. Has own bathroom and shower. Only 3 parking spot. Luckily we got a spot.

We liked the Hotel very much....Near Dining....near attractions and around the lake.......Friendly staff....Reasonably priced.....walkable........Clean rooms.....and a safe area. We even were able to walk to the Train station....15 minutes. Loved it all.
