« A la réception le français est parlé. Donc pas de problème pour se faire comprendre. Très bon Wifi. Chambre spacieuse avec 2 grand lit de 140 dont la literie est très confortable. Le petite déjeuné et hyper complet, du sucré et du salé. Pas pu goûter le resto de l'hôtel car il était fermé, mais à 5 minutes à pied se trouve deux resto. Petit bémol le parking est payent 6€ pour 24h »

"Très facile d’accès et à moins de 10 min à pied de l’hypercentre. Grande chambre joliment décorée et literie confortable. Grande SDB mais bizarrement aménagée : on aurait dit la SDB d’un établissement de soin pour personnes âgées et/ou handicapées. Petit-déjeuner : bon, mais cher…Si on réserve à l’avance, c’est un peu moins cher, mais on ne nous l’a pas dit à l’enregistrement, donc le 1er jour on a payé prix plein. La salle est remplie et bruyante le dimanche matin ! Pas de frigo ni de mini-bar dans la chambre, apparemment on pouvait commander des boissons grâce à un document dans la chambre à transmettre à la réception, mais on n’avait pas ce document. On a mangé 1 fois au restaurant « Bistro », dans l’ensemble c’était très bon."

"Séjour de 2 nuits à Aix la Chapelle. Hôtel propre et confortable, d’un très bon rapport qualité prix pour découvrir Aix la Chapelle. L’hôtel est vraiment très bien placé. Contrairement à ce qui est dit sur beaucoup d’avis, il y a bien des bouilloires dans les chambres. Il suffit d’ouvrir les placards 😉"
