The hotel is nestled among greenery and vineyards, giving it a countryside escape feel even though you’re not too far from the city. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. They have a small outlet mall at the top of the hill. There are also plenty of places to eat close by. Excellent staff, very courteous and hospitable. Great amenities and heated pool, enjoyed night swimming. Stay was very relaxing. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. However, the hotel is not yet fully completed, so expect to hear loud noises coming from people who are still working to complete the construction of the hotel, and this I find very disturbing since I have a 7 months old baby who has a very sensitive ear with noises. You would also smell of the newly paint on some part of the Hotel. There were a lot of missed opportunities to make this into a great hotel experience. The gym is like a fish bowl people are taking pictures and walking in and out. The room was okay no frills. The air conditioning was on full blast cold for an already cool area. Their store is lacking. There can be tours or experiences taking place here but there is not much. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day.
