There is driveway parking as well as free street parking.

We are available any time you need us during your stay. Please call the number provided.

On the entrance level you will find a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Through the hallway are 2 queen bedrooms and the master bathroom.

The master suite has it's own staircase and overlooks the living areas on the lower level.

Upstairs at the other end of the house you will find an additional open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

This home has 2 x queen sized beds and a king in the master bedroom.

No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.

A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.

If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.

Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
