The hosts, Linda and Andre were awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. In fact, I changed some travel plans based on their recommendations. The room was big with a 4 poter bed, large TV, small fridge, sitting area, it's own a/c and a nice bathroom. I was concerned that it might be noisy as the room was facing the street, but I never heard any street noise, or noise from other rooms. My only caution would be parking. I booked it because it said there was free self parking available, but currently they are building a new home at the back of the property and the parking area is blocked. There is one spot in the front driveway but it was always occupied by other guests. There is plenty of street parking, but during the day it is limited to 3 hours ( no limit at night after 5pm). In the end this wasn't a big issue as I was out during the day and found parking not too far away in the evening and it wouldn't stop me from staying again. Clean, spacious with a very comfy bed. We had a lovely stay. The only critism is that the parking was not the greatest due to an additional house being built on the property. This could have been made clearer. Breakie was great. The rooms very comfortable and well set up. Tea making facilities were basic but adequate. A couple of small plates/saucers would have been good but not provided. Shortish walk to town was great though a little steep but thats Launie!!
