No smoking.. Welcome to Rose Cottage, your idyllic escape nestled within a working farm, surrounded by rolling hills and lush green fields and where a relaxing break awaits you. Step inside to discover an enchanting open-plan living space with stunning Cornish flagstone flooring. The well-equipped kitchen diner makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals. Gather around the wooden dining table to plan your adventures or share the day’s stories. The cosy yet spacious living room invites relaxation with twin sofas, a chair with a matching footstool, and a multi-fuel stove, ideal for chilly evenings. A wall-mounted Smart TV provides entertainment for leisurely nights.  
  
Rose Cottage features three superb bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, and three bathrooms for guest comfort. The ground-level bedroom has a double bed and is next to a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers twin beds and an En-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The master bedroom is a luxurious haven with a super king-size bed and an En-suite bathroom that includes both a shower and a bath for leisurely soaks. Outside, the garden is perfect for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ and ample seating. There is plenty of off-road parking available as well.  
  
Beyond the cottage, explore wonderful walks ideal for you and your four-legged companions. To the south, the ancient town of Launceston awaits with its many amenities. The atmospheric Bodmin Moor, with its majestic tors and stone structures, is a short drive away. The enchanting coastal village of Port Isaac and the historic town of Tintagel of King Arthur legend are must-visit destinations.  
  
Enjoy the stunning scenery at Crackington Haven or visit the Victorian seaside town of Bude for swimming and surfing. Padstow offers a delightful day out, with narrow streets, a bustling harbourside, and excellent restaurants. Rose Cottage is more than a place to stay; it’s an invitation to unwind, explore, and create lasting memories in the heart of Cornwall’s breathtaking landscape. Dogs must be kept on leads as is a working farm.
