This fully air-conditioned loft is located on the first floor of a converted wine estate. Flooded with natural light thanks to its large glass roof, it combines rustic charm with modern design.

🛋️ 1 comfy double sofa bed (160x200, easy-to-open "rapido" system)

#### Des avantages et des inconvénients.

Bel appartement (loft), très spacieux, bien aménagé, belle déco situé à côté d'une énorme zone commerciale. Grande cuisine et grande SDB. Situation géographique pour visiter la région est top. Parking gratuit devant l'appart. Malheureusement à l'intérieur de l'appart : très bruyant à cause de la route qui passe devant, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car beaucoup de passage de poids lourds, voitures et motos...jour et nuit). Malgré la bonne climatisation dans la pièce de séjour, il faisait très chaud dans les chambres à coucher (d' où on voulait ouvrir les fenêtres). Communication avec le gérant que par écrit mais un nr.de tél était disponible.
