Staff was very nice. Shower had hair in it from a previous stay. Both rooms sinks( shower ones) were clogged, but were fixed promptly by the hotel maitenence guy. Kleenexes were empty, but the hotel gave us a new box. Over all was a good stay

Liked all except the toilets. The toilets were very loud when flushed. You can even hear the surrounding rooms when they flush. I have a child with Autism - sensory affected by loud noises. Other than toilets, property is great

All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk, bartender, chambermaids and breakfast staff without exception, were very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Great place at a very fair price. The only thing we wished for were better hot breakfast options.

My only criticism is that the breakfast was pretty lame. It had the basics, but nothing very interesting or appealing. However, the staff was attentive to it and made sure everything was clean, well presented and inviting.

The staff were very pleasant and responsive. Check in was quick. The suite was spacious and clean. Love having coffee, tea and water all day. We had 4 people in the suite and only two bath towels, cuos, 1 coffee and a decalf and no pillows for the couch pull out.. when reserving for 4 in a room the room ahould be set for 4. But staff wrte very responsive to requests. Breakfast was handy, could offer more variety and some not so great.

The staff is super-dooper great. The breakfast was great. HOWEVER, do not be fooled by the pictures on line of the room we got. It showed a separation between the two beds and a very large hide-a-bed that was also an l shaped large sofa. There was NO separation and the sofa was small and the hide-a-bed not real comfortable. THAT was very disapointing. Had we been staying more than one night, I would have demanded another room that was like the pictures shown. The staff was so pleasant that I just sucked it up and kept the room. My family was OK with it but our sleep was disturbed because of the non-separation between the sofa and the two queen beds.

Very nice property with Continental breakfast . Hotel has Arnold Palmer displays, very clean, quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful, efficient checkin. Coffee maker, mini fridge and Microwave in room. Only slight drawbacks, rooms could have usb ports and upgrade the coffee makers to Keurig coffee makers. Definitely would stay there again.
