Séjour d’une nuit à Albany. La base d’un lit était complètement cassé. Le lit était donc très instable. Lorsqu’on a avisé la réception, ils nous ont dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. La cafetière dans la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée, elle était remplie d’une eau visqueuse. Le déjeuner était bon mais il manquait plusieurs éléments. Les plats n’étaient pas remplis fréquemment. L’ensemble de l’hôtel n’était pas propre.

Rooms were ready only 4 hours after check in time. The first two rooms they gave us access to still had guests inside. They never apologized for the situation. The other two suites they gave us were dirty. Dirty floors, dog hair on couch and bed, dirty sink. We took a room for 4, with a king bed and a sofa bed. On opening the sofa bed, not only were there no sheets, but the mattress was very dirty. We decided to use our inflatable mattress. I don't even understand that this hotel is still in business. Pitiful.

Did not like this property it was very pricey, and the quality of hotel was horrible, dirty. The pool area was dirty as well as the gym. You can tell they never cleaned around it, also there was only 1 employee in the building, there was not enough towels to wash with worker stated they were all dirty. No extra sheet for the extra bed, this was the worst Quinta we ever stayed in this far. Do not recommend if you want to be comfortable, but if you just need a basic room and need to sleep for the night, I will do just that. Definitely not worth what we paid.

There were late night parties and noise until 3 am! Teenagers and adults fighting and yelling down the hallways! The cops had to be called at one point! We stayed only for one night, thank god!

Easy to get to from highway. Room was comfortable and clean. The only annoying thing was that the elevator was out of order and there wasn't an option to switch to a first story room so we had to drag all our luggage upstairs.

The room door that i was in did not close. The locks were broken i stepped out for a few hours and when i came back the room door was open. Check out is at 11 and before 10 AM you can hear the room service people screaming down the hallway and opening your room door. Horrible experience i just got home but i have to go through my stuff to see if i have anything missing so i can file a police report.

Two day stay at the La Quinta; not bad at all. Not terrific. The place was clean as a whistle. The staff was terrific. The area felt a little sketchy but all in all a pleasant stay. The breakfast was OK. I'd stay there again.
