Fully stocked w/ plush towels, cotton sheets and over the top mattresses for your comfort. Head outdoors to the amazing backyard with a heated pool, heated spa, BBQ and dining area. This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request.

HEATED SPA – This Spa is heated year-round for no additional charge.

HEATED POOL - This is a seasonal pool. Pool heating is available upon request for the months of October through March, subject to an additional daily charge. This request MUST be sent to the Host(s) no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival.

We had a group of 8 including grandparents, parents and children. The house was large enough that we never felt crowded. The pool was delightful for both adults and children. The hosts quickly answered all of our concerns before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were great. We had use of a grill which we used for a couple meals. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had after we booked and after we arrived. We went into Vegas, toured Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire State Park - all within good driving distance. There were a couple things that did not match the original listing -no fire pit as shown on listing pictures and a queen bed was switched to a double with no notification. Other than that, I would recommend this property to others looking to book it.

We stayed at the home over the winter holiday. It was chilly, so we spent most time indoors playing the many games; we really enjoyed the pool table. Although the home had everything we needed, the home needs some TLC, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. This is an instance where the home photographs better than it is.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 with three teenage girls! The private pool was perfect and we really enjoyed the game room with pool table, dart board, and arcade games. Some parts of the house could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and being so close to the strip without the hassle that the strip entails. We would book again with this property company - the original house we booked had a problem with air conditioning and they were able to accommodate us elsewhere in a similarly appointed property. Overall, we were very satisfied with our trip!

My Group was here for a Annual Bowling Tournament. Celebrating 10 years with this League. Location was awesome because we Bowl at Sunset. Host/Eddie was awesome. Will definitely look forward to staying again next year 2026. Loved everything about the Home! Definitely will stay again!

We loved staying here. The pool was great and we really appreciated the snacks you provided. It was also nice to have the Kierig coffee pot and pods provided. We brought our own beach towels because we did not know there were towels on property. I don’t know if we missed that in he discription or not.

My group of 7 family members stayed here as a central location to explore so many places nearby. It was clean, well stocked and the owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The layout of the house was great for adults to be able to chill after a long day exploring the desert or the strip. If we ever visit again I would pick this home for sure.

Pretty good but room for improvement...

I'll start by saying I've stayed in probably 50 vacation rentals so I have a lot to compare to, but this is my first rental in Las Vegas. First, I think the current rating shown is a little over inflated. I don't feel like this is a 10-star property at all. Not that it's bad, but that's not the rating that it deserves as there are truly great properties out there that those ratings should be reserved for. Check-in and communication with the host was great! As far as cleanliness is concerned, the property was cleaned but there were things like dust falling from bathroom ventilation fans that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while and leftover toys from previous guests under the couch that were found when we moved in. Fixtures, furniture, and decor were about average for what you'd find in a rental. Nothing was very comfortable at all. Pool area could use some attention as it looks a bit neglected but we only used the hot tub. Crazy that you can't use it past 10pm though! We felt the kitchen was a bit below par when it came to what utensils and appliances were available as well as the quality of what was there. Very cheap cooking utensils, many barely working, warped frying pans with flaking off non-stick surfaces, dull knives, etc. We ended up having to purchase some essentials like a potato masher, meat thermometer, and a kitchen knife. This place definitely has potential and I hope the property owners take this feedback to improve other's experiences.

Great house for our F1 crew

We loved the house 5 bedrooms and so many bathrooms were amazing for our crew of guys while we worked on our project at F1. The hot tub and pool are amazing and included in the cost. We like to cook and the kitchen is great! Also lots of stuff to play pool table foosball darts and more Eddie and Michelle were easy to get a hold of. Will stay again!

Family Time

We had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space for children, spouses, and grandchildren. We were in town to support our son at a triathlon at Lake Las Vegas and the house was the perfect distance to the race as well as our trips into Las Vegas. This home is well cared for and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home..the only downfall was that we weren’t there long enough to enjoy all the amenities.
